Do you buy salad dressing or make your own? Most of the time I end up making my own for a variety of reasons (which I’ll get into), but if you’re in the process of doing an elimination diet (especially the low FODMAP diet!) you really want to control what ingredients are going into your body!

Store bought dressings typically have multiple ingredients in them, including garlic and onion For those of you in the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet or Fructan intolerant then you know this is a killer!
I highly recommend trying out some homemade dressing recipes because:
1. They’re fresh!
2. You only need a few simple ingredients: oil, acid and seasonings!
3. You know exactly what you’re eating
