Your body has lots of different hormones working their magic in many different ways. When your body is stressed, your cortisol hormone increases. This is your body’s way of getting you ready for increased metabolic demand. You might notice this with an increased heart rate or an urge to 💩 💩
So how does becoming an intuitive eater benefit this action? 1) By learning to pay attention and trust your body. Getting in tune with your body can make you aware of why your gut is going crazy…instead of trying to eliminate 15 different foods unnecessarily. IE also decreases your anxiety around eating or different foods.
