Super Seed Nut Butter!

Are you tired of almond butter or peanut butter? I know, it seems impossible but you can burn out on them. This blend is incredibly EASY to make and requires just a few ingredients.

It’s also a great protein source if you’re vegan or vegetarian and following a low FODMAP diet.


  • 1 cup Pecans

  • 1 cup Walnuts

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon


  • Pour ingredients into food processor.

  • Blend for 10 minutes.

  • Enjoy with your favorite gluten-free oatmeal, sourdough toast or in smoothies!
