Super Seed Nut Butter!
Are you tired of almond butter or peanut butter? I know, it seems impossible but you can burn out on them. This blend is incredibly EASY to make and requires just a few ingredients.
It’s also a great protein source if you’re vegan or vegetarian and following a low FODMAP diet.
Ingredients:

1 cup Pecans

1 cup Walnuts

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:

Pour ingredients into food processor.

Blend for 10 minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite gluten-free oatmeal, sourdough toast or in smoothies!
